The Undercover Insurer Episode One: Zurich’s Gareth McChesney visits Autoline
Today sees the launch of Insurance Age’s new five part video series The Undercover Insurer.
Where the twist in each episode is that a broker's staff believe they are being interviewed by an independent consultant for a corporate video. Only Insurance Age and the broker firm's boss know that they are actually been spoken to be a senior member of Zurich's personal's lines team.
The brokers are also unaware that one of them will be hand-picked by the Zurich representative in each episode as a winner, receiving an iPad for their efforts.
