The insurance broking arena is undoubtedly facing a talent crisis. Indeed, the latest skills report from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) found that 81% of employers are already experiencing a shortage of technical skills and a further 51% are worried that they will not be able to access good quality brokers in the future.
