Lloyd’s announces restructure
The organisation has developed a new corporation operating model as it looks to make key changes.
Lloyd's has announced that it is to focus more sharply on its core activities of protecting, promoting and providing services as it revealed details of its new corporation operating model (COM).
The developments will take place from 1 January 2017.
CEO Inga Beale said: "These changes are about making it easier for us to play the role the market expects. Namely protect, promote and provide the services they need.
