Gable Holdings was represented at shareholder meeting, repeats FMA
Liechtenstein regulator issues update on 11 November shareholder meeting.
The Financial Market Authority (FMA) in Liechtenstein has reiterated that Gable Holdings "was represented" at the shareholder meeting of Gable Insurance on 11 November.
The meeting had been called by PwC Switzerland, the special administrator appointed for Gable Insurance when it entered administration.
On 15 November, PwC issued a statement saying that at the meeting Gable Holdings, represented by Dr. Stefan Becker, was asked to inject funds to cover the over-indebtedness of Gable Insurance.
