Broker Network makes first buy with Finch Commercial
Finch Group will retain its own brand identity.
Broker Network has bought its first regional broker Finch Commercial Insurance Brokers for an undisclosed amount.
Insurance Age revealed in June that the network was poised to go down the acquisition route.
Finch, headquartered in Reading with additional offices in Basingstoke, Southampton and the Isle of Wight, manages around £20m GWP.
Established in 1971, Finch now employs over 50 people.
