Brokers unable to work following SSP power outage

Brokers are unable to access emails, records and contact details to clients following the system failure.

Brokers using SSP have said they have been "fundamentally affected" by the software provider's power outage.

SSP stated that the incident affected intermediaries hosted by its Solihull Data Centre who are currently unable to access some SSP services.

When approached by Insurance Age, brokers explained that they were unable to do any work at all because of the system outage as they did not have access to emails, records, contact details to clients or other services impacting renewals and finding

Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
