Henderson buys Branch Insurance
Henderson strikes second deal of 2016.
Henderson Insurance Brokers has bought Branch Insurance for an undisclosed amount as it seeks to expand in the North East of England, Insurance Age can reveal.
The Sunderland-based broker offers commercial and personal lines and specialisms include liability, motor and personal indemnity.
It has operated from the city for 30 years.
The deal is the second of the year for the firm after Henderson bought Manchester-based credit insurance specialist John Reynolds in February.
