Weald Insurance Brokers buys Steadman & Hozier
The value of the deal was £5m.
Weald Insurance Brokers has purchased South Croydon-based Steadman & Hozier for just under £5m.
Steve Brindley, chairman of Westerham-based Weald, said the agreement was a "natural fit" because the two companies have had a good working relationship for the last ten years.
He explained that the two directors of Steadman & Hozier were staying with the business for at least one more year, but that the deal came about because they were approaching retirement age.
