Politicians and Biba criticise FCA for burden of regulation on insurance brokers.

Craig Tracey, Conservative MP for North Warwickshire, has warned that smaller brokers are being pushed out of existence because they have to spend too much time and money on regulation.

Tracey, who previously worked as an insurance broker for almost 20 years, told Insurance Age that one of the dangers with the reducing number of brokers was that customers would be pushed onto aggregator sites.
