Charles Earle joins Advent

Former Arista chairman takes on non-executive chairman role at Advent Solutions Holdings.

Advent Solutions Holdings has announced the appointment of Charles Earle as non-executive chairman.

Earle was previously the chairman of Arista Insurance, raising capital to start up the business and leading it until its sale to Towergate in April 2014.

Advent said that Earle brings four decades of insurance industry experience to Advent, three of which were spent at a senior level including managing director, commercial at RBS Insurance and managing director, commercial lines at NIG.
