Integro buys Ellis Clowes
Integro claims it is now the world's leading motorsports insurance broker following acquisition.
Integro said it has become the world's leading motorsports insurance broker after buying Lloyd's broker Ellis Clowes.
The international insurance broker and risk management firm did not disclose the financial details of the acquisition and described Ellis Clowes as leading the field in global motorsports insurance for more than 30 years.
The Lloyd's broker also provides tailored insurance solutions to clients operating in the conflict and security sector, marine and aviation according to Integro
