Mactavish launch Insurance Act protocol for buyers

The seven-point protocol has been unveiled at the Airmic conference in Liverpool

Mactavish has launched a seven-point protocol to help buyers of insurance comply with the Insurance Act 2015 which comes into force in August next year.

The protocol has been launched at this year's Airmic conference, beginning in Liverpool today, and follows the introductory guide to the Act for brokers and insurers that Mactavish co-authored with the British Insurance Brokers' Association.

The Insurance Act will lead to important changes to the way commercial brokers in the UK work including
