RFIB to sell majority stake to Calera Capital

Broker has agreed terms with American-based private investment firm Calera Capital.

RFIB has agreed to sell a majority stake in the business to private investment firm, Calera Capital, for an undisclosed sum.

The deal, subject to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) approval, and Calera is an American firm with offices in San Francisco and Boston. RFIB employees led by CEO Jonathan Turnbull will retain a significant equity stake.
