Aviva awarded chartered status for commercial business
MD commercial lines Angus Eaton says certificate will demonstrate the insurer's focus on delivering a first class service to brokers.
Aviva has been awarded chartered insurer status for its commercial business by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
The insurer said the award showed its commitment to professional development and setting the benchmark for conduct, competence and culture.
According to Aviva, Angus Eaton, managing director commercial lines, accepted the certificate from CII president Ashwin Mistry on 13 May.
Goals
Eaton said: "The intentions of the CII chartered status are very much in line with our own goals
