Stackhouse Poland buys Cheam Insurance Brokers

The group will have a combined GWP over £100m.

Stackhouse Poland has bought Cheam Insurance Brokers, a specialist high net worth broker, and the deal takes the group's gross written premium over £100m according to the firm.

Stackhouse also said the acquisition rebalances the private client and commercial business mix of the business towards the former.

Cheam was founded by Mark Abbott in 2004 and has a particular focus on high value and performance cars.
