Axa opens up claims tracking tool to all brokers
Web-based tool gives brokers access to claims they have in progress with the insurer.
Axa's real time claims tracking tool, Eserve, has gone live to the entire broker market following the completion of pilot projects with Bluefin and Brokerbility.
The tool is available via desktop, tablet and mobile, and according to the insurer it gives brokers easy access to all motor, household, commercial property and liability claims they have in progress with Axa at any time.
