Brokers grow schemes business
Number of brokers writing most of GWP through schemes increases to 37% according to UK General.
The number of brokers now writing most of their GWP through schemes business has increased by 16% on 2014 to more than a third (37%) according to UK General's fourth annual schemes survey.
Karen Beales, managing director personal lines at UK General, said: "The significant growth in broker schemes activity, as highlighted in this year's survey, suggests that brokers are increasingly plugging in to the advantages of offering products that appeal to well-defined and distinct customer groups."
