Cullum bids fond farewell to Towergate

Founder leaves business along with Andy Homer.

Peter Cullum, who founded Towergate in 1997, has left the company and issued a fond farewell to all members of staff, Insurance Age can reveal.

In an internal memo seen by Insurance Age, Cullum described working at Towergate as a "privilege and a joy".

He acknowledged that the business had been through a challenging period as it "grappled with a financial restructuring".

Giving his opinion on the situation which saw the unsecured creditors take control of the company at the start of this month
