Towergate ownership change set for April
Broker announces sanctioning of Schemes of Arranges which will see control go to unsecured creditors.
The deal that will see Towergate's unsecured creditors take control of the brokers is set to go through in April following a High Court hearing.
Towergate said in a statement: "Towergate is pleased to announce that it has taken another step forward in the group's restructuring following the sanctioning of the Schemes of Arrangement by the High Court today, with completion anticipated in early April."

However, the broker also warned that there were still more steps for it to go through
