Allianz develops legal negligence product
Product designed to enable consumers and businesses to take action agains negligent law firms.
Allianz Legal Protection and Irwin Mitchell Solicitors have developed a product which they claimed enables consumers and businesses to take legal action against a law firm which fails a customer through negligence.
The insurer described Support4Dispute Professional Negligence as a bespoke after the event (ATE) insurance solution for professional negligence claims against solicitors.
It detailed that the cover provides customers with financial protection for the risks associated with litigation
