RSA chief Lewis admits results "not where I would want"
Insurer's UK and Western Europe chief not currently planning to exit business lines.
RSA's headline performance in the UK is "not where it should be" Steve Lewis, chief executive for the UK and Western Europe has admitted following the publication of results for 2014.
Its results showed a flat COR at 99.5, a decrease in premium to £2.57bn (2013: £3.04bn). Profits increased 4% to £147m.
The commercial division posted a deteriorating COR of 102.1% and underwriting losses of £34m.
However, according to Lewis, this does not mean that the insurer is set to exit more lines as it seeks
