Das to remain on negative credit watch

S&P keeps insurer on negative watch following internal investigations.

Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that it has kept legal insurer Das UK on negative CreditWatch where it was placed in October last year.

The agency said the ratings remain on CreditWatch pending the completion of a full internal investigation by Das UK. This investigation is ongoing following the suspension of Das UK's CEO Paul Asplin in October 2014.

The anouncement follows the news earlier this week that Richard Harris, the insurer's head of sales and claims has left the business
