L&G reports Q3 premium growth

General insurance premiums reach over £100m for the first time.

Legal & General (L&G) has reported that its quarterly general insurance premiums exceeded £100m in the third quarter of this year.

The company said it has seen steady growth across its general insurance business over the past four years and that the last quarter was the first time its premiums exceeded £100m.
