Axa revamps SME D&O offering in face of legal aid cuts

Axa commercial lines and personal intermediary has revamped its D&O product for SMEs in response to changes to the provision of legal aid.

New legislation introduced in January this year has stipulated that company directors with assets exceeding £37,000, who find themselves facing criminal prosecution, will have no recourse to legal aid.
