Swinton moves over to SSP Select Broker to support multi-channel aims.

Swinton has extended its relationship with SSP and upgraded to its SSP Select Broker programme.

SSP said the move would help Swinton to support its business plans and move to become a "true multi-channel organisation".

The development follows the deployment of the SSP Quote Hub last year with the technology provider stating that the broker will be better able to handle all contact centre calls, online transactions and branch business.
