Aviva appoints Lovely as claims director
New recruit replaces Clayden who left in August last year.
Aviva has appointed David Lovely as claims director, effective from 1 May.
Lovely is currently senior vice president, global claims at Ace Insurance in the United States, and has also worked at Liberty Mutual, General Electric and Allianz.
In his new position, he will report to Maurice Tulloch, CEO UK and Ireland general insurance. Lovely replaces Dominic Clayden, who left Aviva in August 2013 for a move to QBE.
