QBE takes on Ace man for client engagement role

Jeff Car has also held senior positions at AIG.

QBE has taken on Ace man Jeff Carr as head of client engagement and multinational.

Carr - who joined Ace Europe as client relationship manager in 2009 - has been charged with leading the insurer's client and multinational teams, while also developing its client proposition.

He will report to Chris Wallace, director of distribution and relationship management and be based in London.
