Thistle completes string of hires
JLT-owned underwriter adds six as part of wide-ranging appointment drive.
Thistle Insurance Services has raided Towergate and Oval among others as part of a wide-ranging recruitment drive.
The JLT-owned underwriter has snapped up Anita Watson as chief operating officer. Watson was previously managing director, operations at Oval and has been charged with ensuring the board "delivers on its strategic and operational priorities".
Furthermore, former Towergate divisional finance director of sales and service Rob Styring has been named Thistle finance director.
