Ex-network and partnership manager at MMA brings 40 years of experience to the role.

Compass Broker Services has appointed Steve Joy as business development manager for the South-East.

He brings 40 years' industry experience across underwriting and distribution to the UK networks division of Arthur J. Gallagher.

At Compass Joy will be responsible for developing relationships with both existing and potential new members for Compass' three broker partnership propositions - Select, Westinsure and Eden.
