Applied Systems to open new data centre
Software provider has earmarked a January 2014 opening.
Applied Systems will open a new data centre in the UK in a bid to "support the increasing demand" for cloud-based software.
The software provider - which bought Insurecom in August - also hopes the centre will better serve its UK customers and multinational brokers.
Tim Sander, vice president of IT and cloud services, said: "Insurance agencies and brokers across the world continue to rapidly adopt the cloud to build stronger, more successful businesses.
