Integro buys Doodson
Integro has bought entertainment and sports specialist Doodson Broking Group for an undisclosed sum.
Manchester-based Doodson was established in 1964 and has offices in London and Halifax, along with Austin, Texas in the US.
In addition to clients in the entertainment, live event and sports sectors in the UK and US, the firm works with large corporate entities and high net worth private clients in the UK.
US-headquartered Integro also bought Colchester-based Allan Chapman & James Insurance Brokers, which specialises in independent film, television and media sectors in August last year.
