Ten Insurance Services has partnered with Prism Network to provide disaster recovery and repair services to its members.

Operations director of TEn, John Rusby, noted that Prism "ticked all the boxes" when it came to adding disaster recovery and repair services to its package.

He said: "Prism has an experienced team, relationships with major insurers and has embraced the use of technology to deliver a cost effective, efficient service to brokers and insurers.

"More importantly it has a track record of delivering a good outcome for the customer."
