Collinson buys Aria Assistance
The Collinson Group is to buy Aria Assistance as it looks to expand its portfolio of complementary businesses with the general insurance and financial services market.
The deal, which is subject to regulatory approval, will see Aria sit within Collinson's insurance division.
Aria Assistance, a provider of roadside assistance, travel insurance services, home emergency assistance and health assistance solutions including international private medical insurance, currently underwrites over £50m of gross written premium and handles over 250,000 claims and assistance cases each year.
