Giles lures senior Towergate director to head up Scottish operation
Towergate’s acquisitions and projects director has left the company to become Giles’ regional managing director for Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Alan McEwan, who has worked at Towergate since his previous company Warren Hill was purchased in 2003, had a number of positions at the broker including a similar role to the one he has just taken up.
Brendan McManus, Giles CEO, commented: “I'm thrilled we have been able to persuade Alan to join the team.
“He brings a vast amount of experience in leadership in the region and also in mergers and acquisitions and I'm excited to be working with him.
