ProAktive Risk Group has opened a new Sheffield office after selling Rixon Matthews Appleyard to Towergate Risk Solutions

ProAktive Risk Group (PRG) is expanding with the opening of a new office in Sheffield.

To finance the expansion, PRG has sold its Hull-based insurance broker Rixon Matthews Appleyard (RMA), which became part of PRG on its formation six years ago, to Towergate Risk Solutions.

Doncaster-based PRG said that initially 12 new jobs will be created, with more to come, following the opening of the new office at Shepcote Office Village this month.
