Allianz introduces new broker CRM software

Allianz Retail has signed up to use Salesforce.com

Allianz Retail has signed-up to use customer relationship management (CRM) software Salesforce.com to manage its relationships with over 2,000 UK brokers.

The CRM software has been introduced across all Allianz Retail Broker sales, operations, service, agency and marketing teams encompassing over 140 users.

Salesforce.com aims to enable teams to share key broker information and in turn provide relevant and informed support to brokers.
