Hubbard to join board of directors
UK General Insurance claims it has already started to deliver
Former chief executive of AXA Insurance , Peter Hubbard has been appointed to the boards of all the group companies within the newly formed UK General Insurance.
He is currently a vice-president of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a non-executive director of Keoghs LLP but will take up the new post from 1 September, subject to approval from the Financial Services Authority.
A statement from UK General said Mr Hubbard's participation would focus on the governance framework of the business
