Heath Lambert is in the process of trademarking a new marketing slogan in the wake of its public dispute with Groupama over the 'Big enough to deliver and small enough to care' strapline.

The new line - 'Listens, tries harder, delivers' - is set to replace the offending one following a request from Groupama to desist from using it. The French insurer claimed that the strapline was a protected trademark and Heath Lambert, after some abortive negotiations to reach a compromise, has agreed to stop
