Chaucer Insurance, the Lloyd's motor insurer, has signed a five year license agreement for the Claims Outcome Advisor (COA) solution from Insurance Services Office (ISO). Chaucer took the decision to sign the contract after its one year pilot of the solution yielded a 16% decrease in average year-on-year lower level personal injury claims settlement costs.
