Commercial underwriting agency Primary Broker Services (PBS), part of the international insurance distribution business Primary Group, has acquired Spectrum Commercial Line from Country Mutual Insurance Brokers.

Spectrum Commercial Line, a specialist wholesale commercial underwriting business, will operate separately, trading with its existing panel of brokers and insurer partners. In addition Spectrum will maintain its existing brand whist operating from the newly acquired PBS offices in
