Market moves: Rapid fire recruitment
News about people moves in the insurance industry has kept on coming at a rapid pace over the past few weeks. Insurers, brokers, networks and the Lloyd’s Market Association have all seen changes in staff.
On the broker side Towergate and Hood Group were among recruiters of new employees. In addition, there were changes for Jason Gandy and Roger Snowden at SME Insurance while Bluefin has promoted Steve Hook to managing director for personal lines. Furthermore, JLT has seen a number of changes and the County Group has recruited a new retail network director.
Meanwhile insurers have been equally busy, with Allianz revealing its new senior management team (see box), Axa strengthening its branch
