Gallagher is accused of taking an ‘anti-ethical’ position against an affordable housing provider which suffered storm-damage to a flat block.

Paradigm Housing Group clams Gallagher has performed a ‘volte face’ on a key issue as it battles for compensation for numerous alleged breaches that led to the building in Slough being uninsured when its roof blew off during a storm in 2020.

Claim history 

Paradigm had used Gallagher as its broker across its property portfolio since 2004 and, since 2008
