What has been your insurance/broking related highlight of 2023?

The growth and success of Acrisure UK. We completed six acquisitions in 2023, and we plan to continue our expansion through 2024.

What has been the most over-hyped insurance/broking buzzword or phrase of 2023?

In regards to the retail insurance sector, I think ‘blockchain’ is the most over-hyped word. It’s not the most relevant technology in this market, and there are other tools brokers should focus on utilising such as artificial
