What’s been the most surprising thing in insurance in 2021?
I think the way the industry has continued operating in such challenging circumstances has been second to none. When the pandemic started back in March 2020, I don’t think anyone envisaged as we reach the end of this year that we would be where we are – I for one expected it all to be behind us by now….wishful thinking.
