Only ‘handful’ of insurers taking strategic approach to digital

A survey has found that only "a handful of top insurers are taking a strategic and systematic approach to digital as a means to respond to the most urgent needs of their stakeholders and strive for competitive advantage".

The web-ranking study, by agency Comprend, looked at how organisations use their digital presence to engage and respond to the needs of professional stakeholders - as part of this firms underwent a transparency communications stress test.

The report found that only eight
