Keychoice Underwriting has appointed Cunningham Lindsey as its claims management partner to provide a one stop claims service to its brokers and policyholders.

The deal sees Cunningham Lindsey provide a claims management and administration service from first notification of loss through to settlement, including a 24/7 emergency helpline and an online claims tracking tool for both brokers and policyholders.

Derek Findlayson, strategy and propositions director at Keychoice Underwriting, commented: "Following an extensive selection process, we are delighted to be partnering with Cunningham Lindsey. We have worked very closely with the Cunningham Lindsey team to shape our proposition effectively and make sure that it delivers the quality of claims service and support brokers have told us they want.

"The partnership is founded on strict claims management controls, providing the sort of high quality service that is so hard for brokers to find in today's marketplace. Quick decisions and help are available at every stage of the process, making life easier for our brokers and more convenient for their clients."

Jonathan Davey, managing director of Keychoice Underwriting said: "In teaming up with Cunningham Lindsey we know we have found a partner that is closely aligned to our marketplace and has a sound appreciation of our customers' needs. Cunningham Lindsey is an organisation that is constantly reviewing its processes, products and services and developing its proposition for the market. It's fantastic to be working 'hand in hand' with such an innovative and customer focused business."

Cunningham Lindsey director, David Aiston, added: "We are really excited about our partnership with Keychoice Underwriting. We recognise the professionalism, experience and enthusiasm of the Keychoice team and feel that our partnership will create a genuinely new level of claims service for Keychoice brokers.

"We are continually developing our service offering, but crucially we will be guided by feedback from Keychoice brokers as to what they need. We aim to offer real solutions to real issues and will strive to give brokers a practical, innovative and well structured claims service that delivers consistently for their clients."
