Products: Biba switches its high net worth scheme provider
The British Insurance Brokers’ Association (Biba) has replaced Sterling with Aqua as the provider of its high net worth (HNW) scheme for members from 1 February 2012.
A relative newcomer to the HNW arena, Aqua was launched in January 2011 and is backed by Lloyd’s underwriters Ascot and Canopius.
After a full tender process for the trade body’s largest and longest running scheme, chief executive Eric Galbraith commented: “HNW cover is a vitally important part of many brokers’ portfolios and it was therefore essential that Biba secured the best scheme provider for its members.”
The refreshed scheme will offer three levels of product designed to let members give
