Products: UK first as Arag develops new ‘divorce insurance’
Heralded as the first of its kind in the UK, Arag has developed a divorce product with two law firms.
The Mishcon de Reya product – Protect Pre-Nup – will “provide cover for legal costs if a spouse challenges a previously agreed pre-nuptial agreement” while the Prolegal product extends cover to provide for the cost of divorce proceedings and litigation.
