Hyperion modifies management structure

New shape comes into effect on 1 October.

Hyperion has announced a new group management structure one year on from the completion of its merger with R K Harrison (RKH).

The company stressed that the individuals comprising the senior management team remain the same.

It explained that the changes have been made "in order for the internal structure to reflect how the group presents itself to clients and markets".

Currently, Hyperion is structured as Howden UK Group which comprises UK-based retail, specialty and reinsurance broking
