Clear buys MPW Insurance Brokers
Biggest ever deal for Clear will see MPW’s staff and management stay with the firm.
Clear Insurance Management has bought Kent-based MPW Insurance Brokers for an undisclosed sum.
The deal is Clear's biggest ever purchase and the 21st since the broker was formed in 2001.
Both firms are members of Brokerbility and the acquisition takes Clear's gross written premium to over £90m.
The MPW team of more than 30 staff will remain with the business and continue to be led by managing director Andy Webb and his senior managers.
